2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to conduct business in your jurisdiction to use this service.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate business information during onboarding.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
You agree not to misuse the service for unlawful purposes.

4. Email Notifications

By using CallOrchard, you consent to receive automated email notifications containing call summaries and service notifications. Email frequency varies based on call volume. You can opt out at any time by contacting support.

5. AI Limitations

Our AI receptionist provides automated call handling and transcript analysis. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated summaries may contain errors. You should verify critical details directly with callers. CallOrchard is not liable for missed or inaccurately captured information.

6. Payment and Billing

Subscription fees are billed monthly through Stripe.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

7. Service Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for losses due to service outages, third-party provider issues, or network failures.

8. Data and Privacy

Your use of CallOrchard is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the service, you consent to the collection and use of data as described therein.

9. Limitation of Liability

CallOrchard is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or misuse the service.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
